Set-up is completely free of charge and comes with a free 0844 telephone number. Once you have signed up, your 0844 number will be activated immediately and you will be able to direct calls made to that number to your normal landline number.

If your phone line is engaged, the system will put the caller on hold and play them music or if you choose to do so, it will take a message and send the recorded message to you by email.

Call queuing for your business
If you have limited lines into your office, the system will queue the callers and put them through to you as soon as a line becomes free. In effect, this increases the number of lines available to you, this will be especially useful to you at busy times of the day or should you have a particularly busy inbound campaign . Your customer will never hear the engaged tone again and you won't miss a call!

No maintenance and no licensing fees

Missed call alert - Email and SMS
Once a customer calls your number, the system will record the inbound CLI (The callerís phone number) when available; Should a customer hang up when they are on hold the system will send their phone number to your email address in seconds so you can call them back. For a small additional cost you may also recieve your missed call alerts via SMS to your mobile phone, SMS alerts are great if you out of the office for the day or are called out of the office at short notice. Optional SMS credits can be purchased via worldpay once logged into your account. A major plus for customer service.
